Fix 1.3.0.7

Dear players!
At 4:00 msk 31/01/17 we upload the fix of the patch.
 
1. All bugs of the Dam territory's enter are fixed (wrong place re-spawn, character stuck, passing through models, etc.)
 
2. Now you can stay inside the Dam dungeon for a limited time only.
 
3. You can change the profession by the Recruiter (every 24 hours) and cure the Sporosis disease by most doctors of the Zone, free of charge, if you're below level 10.
 
4. An event-type Veresk M2 was added to Bookmaker' exchange (for the "sZone" pins), with a limited service life, but without any other restrictions.
 
5. A new music track was added to the start login screen.
 
6. Lack of loot from the killer mutants was fixed.
 
7. Durability of "Seven Years" jackets was increased.
 
8. Full "Seven Years" set now gives an additional bonus: 5 to Health.
 
9. Fixed quest counter at which one killed mutant was counted as two, if a player was in party.
 
10. "Basilisk's Swamp" and "Road to Lubetch" weather effects were fixed, including correction of blinding brightness at night.
 
11. Fixed a bug of not active PvP mode by default at the Arena on PvE server.
 
12. Fixed a bug of causing and receiving damage by a kick in PvE mode.
 
13. Fixed a bug that allowed to participate in capture of fortification points while be in PvE mode.
 
14. You can't shoot through stones in Stonehenges anymore.
 
15. Fixed a bug of being stuck in the "Lubetch - Vesuvius" tunnel.
 
16. Fixed the bug of skill using in KO.
 
17. Other bugs and errors were fixed.
